Jimmy B. Adams, 78, went to be with the Lord on May 29,2022 at Choice Healthcare of Abingdon.

Mr. Adams was born in Washington, County, VA on April 25, 1944 to the late Edd and Nina Wilson Adams.

Including his parents, he is preceded in death by daughter, Sharon Smith; sisters, Virginia Jobe, Kathrine Johnson, Charlotte Salmon, and Ann Browning; brothers, Leighton Adams and Eddie Adams.

Survivors include granddaughter, Trisha Morris; grandson, Nathan Hayes; grandchildren, Jonathan Widener, Morgan Widener, Hannah Hayes, and Maddox Hayes; sister, Nancy Vestal and husband Charles and Linda Rose and husband Robert "Bob" Mitchel; special niece, Aylin Crigger; special caring friends Stacy Stanley and Jeff Smarr; also, several nieces and nephews.
