Jesse Smoot, Jr., 55, passed away April 21, 2023 at Bristol Rehab and Memory Care. Jesse was born in West Virginia to the late Jesse Clarence Smoot, Sr. and Bertha Zupper Smoot. He loved spending Sundays watching the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Atlanta Braves. Above all, he loved spending time with family and friends.

Including his parents, Jesse was preceded in death by his sister, Wendy Mosley.

He is survived by his loving spouse of 33 years, Monda Smoot; sons, Jesse Piper, Jesse Ray Smoot, and Anthony Smoot; daughter. Patricia Smoot; brother, Richard Smoot (Angela), and sister, Rebecca Conaway. He is also survived by several half-brothers and half-sisters and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 28, 2023 at 6:00 PM at Frost Funeral Home with Pastor Rex Carter officiating.
