Helen Murray Brewer, 77, passed away Sunday, May 28, 2023, at her home in Bristol, Virginia

Helen was born December 19, 1945, to the late Frederick and Helen Murray.

Many will remember Helen as their favorite cashier at Walmart, for making the best biscuits, and as an involved and dedicated band mom who was loved by the entire community. Above all, she was a loving mother and grandmother whose memory her family will cherish.

In addition to her parents, Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Lee Brewer; two daughters, Ruth Lynn Brewer and Jennifer Rooney.

She is survived by her loving son, Jeffrey Brewer; three grandchildren, Joshua Brewer, Chauncey Rooney, and Madeline Rooney; one brother, Rick Murray; one sister, Joyce Ray; many, many friends and neighbors also survive.

All services will be private.
