Harold K. Johnson, age 87, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 28, 2023.

He was born in Charleston, WV to the late Herbert W. Johnson and Geraldean A. Johnson. He was preceded in death by his brother, Richard C. Johnson.

Harold is survived by his loving wife, Nancy T. Johnson and their three children. Marsha and Charles Engle of Virginia Beach, Brian and Kelley Johnson of Meadowview, and Felicia and Philip Line of Frederick, MD. He is also survived by his brother, Sherman Johnson and sister, Barbara Thompson. Harold leaves behind six grandchildren: Chas and Hailey Engle, Trey Johnson, Morgan Johnson, Derek and Jessica Line, Taylor and Megan Line, and Rachel Line. Additionally, he is survived by two great-grandchildren, Emma Engle and Everson Line.

Harold proudly served in the military followed by a distinguished career with General Engineering Company from which he retired. Throughout his life, Harold found joy in woodworking.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 2, at 1:00 pm at Forest Hills Memory Gardens in Abingdon, VA. The service will be officiated by Pastor Chad Johnson
