Frederick Leo “F.L.” Villiard, 82, of Abingdon, Va., passed from this life into the presence of his Lord and savior Jesus Christ on July 9, 2026 in the comfort of his home.

He was a devoted man of faith who never missed an opportunity to share it with others. He regularly attended Abingdon Bible Church.
He was a graduate of King University, (formally King College) and former employee of Wise County Schools in Wise, Va., where he raised his family.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Susan E. Villiard; Parents, Ellis and Dorothy Villiard; Sister, Dottie Bryan.
