Elizabeth "Darlene" Baumgardner, 75, passed away April 18, 2023 at Bristol Hospice House, Bristol, TN.

Mrs. Baumgardner was born January 10, 1948 to the late Lilu Wright Jr., and Marylyle Wolf Wright.

She loved her K-9 companion Princess Bell and watching soap operas. She was of the Baptist faith.

Including her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Calvin "Buddy" Wayne Baumgardner.

Survivors include her three daughters, Brenda Baumgardner, Stacie Baumgardner, and Patricia Castle and husband Steve; two sisters, Johnsie Morgan and Virginia Widener; one brother, L.H. Wright III; two granddaughters, Shaina Castle and Kendra Castle.

The family would also like to send a special thank you to their mother's caregiver and lifelong friend Mickie Blackburn and Bristol Hospice House for all their care.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, April 20, 2023 at Sunset Memorial Park in Damascus, VA with Pastor David Griffin officiating. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the cemetery by 1:45 P.M.
