Derrick Allen Kennedy, age 23, went to be with the Lord on Friday, July 14, 2023.

Derrick was born to Allen Kennedy Jr and the late Lisa Cunningham Tester. In addition to his father, he is survived by his son, Braxton Allen Kennedy; grandmother, JoAnn Kennedy; sister, Megan Teaster; aunt, Jennifer Salyers; uncle, Adam Kennedy; cousin who was more like a brother, Chandler Gorley; special friend and mother of his child, Robyn Painter; and numerous other family and friends.

A Share a Memory Service will be held at a later date.
