Deborah Gail Owens Otey, 64, passed away peacefully Saturday, September 14, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.

She is preceded in death by, her parents, Luther and Edith Owens and brother, Bill Owens.

Survivors include her loving husband, Frederick Otey; son, David Otey; three brothers, Danny Owens and wife Debbie, Luther Owens and Kenny Owens; two sisters, Belinda DeBoard and husband Herschel, and Ann Shaw and husband Gary; also, several nieces and nephews.

A graveside will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, September 21, 2024, at Sunset Memorial Park with Pastor Stephen Richardson officiating. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the cemetery by 1:45 P.M.
