Daniel Davenport "Danny" Ryan, 69, a well – known resident of Washington County, Virginia passed away Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at his home.

Danny was born June 29, 1955, to the late Vernie Ryan Jr. and the late Hester Widener Ryan.   A graduate of Patrick Henry High School, Danny retired from Walling Distributers after many years of service and was a former member of the Bristol Fire Department.

Danny loved all animals, especially, his cats.  He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Vernie Ryan and Bill Ryan.

He is survived by his sister, Marie Ryan (George Marshall); a very special niece, Ashley Ryan; very special nephews, Dylan Ryan and Blake Ryan.   Danny is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.

The family wishes to extend their gratitude to all of Danny's extended family and special friends that he made throughout the years.

Danny's wishes were to be cremated and all services to be held privately at a later date.
