Charlotte Ann Ratliff, 73, of Abingdon, Va., went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday, May 13, 2022, at Bristol Regional Medical Center following a lengthy illness. She was surrounded by her loving family and devoted husband of 51 years, Billy Ratliff.

She was born on April 17, 1949, in Grundy, Va., to Clyde Stiltner and Delores Colley Stiltner. She enjoyed flowers, spending time with family and friends, and loved shopping. She was of the Freewill Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her father, Clyde Stiltner and brother, Clyde Daniel Stiltner.

Survivors include her husband, Billy Ratliff; mother, Delores Colley Stiltner; son, Dion Ratliff and wife, Sherry; four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; sister, Phyllis Wade and husband, Danny; brothers, Eddie Dean Stiltner and Tommy Ray Stiltner; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 3 to 4 p.m., Sunday, May 15, 2022, in the Frost Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral service will follow at 4 p.m., in the chapel with Bro. Charlie Harmon officiating.

Visitation will also be from 3 to 4 p.m., Monday, May 16, 2022, at Harman Freewill Baptist Church in Grundy, Va. A funeral service will follow at 4 p.m. in the church with Pastor Eddie Wilson officiating.

Cremation will follow services.
