Charlie Joe Fleenor, 60, passed away August 10, 2024 at his residence in Bristol, VA.

Mr. Fleenor was born September 01, 1963 to the late Kenneth and Billie Fleenor. He was lifelong member of the Benhams community and a member of Valley Masonic Lodge #93 .

Including his parents, he is preceded in death by, brother, William Andrew Fleenor; nephew, William Andrew Fleenor II; cousin, J.R. Fleenor.

Survivors include, his daughter, Tessa Fogleman (Adam); stepson, Dalton Sykes; sister, Mona Doss; brother, Kenneth Wayne Fleenor II; cousin, Lou Ann Johnson; granddaughters whom he adored, Ellie and Oaklie Fogleman; nephews, Ernie Doss, Kenneth Wayne Fleenor III, Allen Doss, Brandon Doss, Ryan Campbell; nieces, Beth Fleenor, Khala Campbell, Ryleigh Campbell, Julieanne Rhymer, Krystal Watson.

The family would like to send a special thanks to Goodson-Kinderhook Fire and Rescue especially P.J. Fleenor and Randy Cunningham.

Visitation will be will be held from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. August 14, 2024 at Frost Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow in procession to Fleenor Family Cemetery in the Benhams Community with Pastor Roger Ball officiating. Those wishing to attend the graveside service are asked to meet at the funeral home by 12:45 P.M.

Serving as pallbearers will be, Ernie Doss, Allen Doss, Brandon Rhymer, Kenneth Fleenor III, Robbie Camper, P.J. Fleenor, Dustin Kite, and Earl Cunningham.

Honorary pallbearers will be Dalton Sykes, Mark Ingle, Jack Ingle, Arthur McCroskey and nephews.
