Beulah Goodson Wilson, age 92, returned to the Lord on July 1, 2024.

Beulah was born to the late James Fleenor and Ida Hall on May 13, 1932.

Beulah was a lifetime resident of Abingdon, Virginia. Beulah loved the Lord, her family, working in her yard, growing violets, and the color purple. Beulah was a faithful member of Damascus Road Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Elmer G. Goodson; her second husband, Roy D. Wilson; and her beloved son, Samuel Goodson.

Those left to cherish her memory include, her daughter Patricia Grogan, Piney Flats, TN.; three granddaughters; Jessica Poston (Joseph) of Roanoke, Va., Victoria Grogan of Piney Flats, TN. and Mandi Smith (Jordan) of Harriman, TN.; great grandchildren, Sam, Lakin, Wesley, Zayden, Emmie, Violet, and Eric; two step-children, Kenneth Wilson (Cindy) of Abingdon, Va, and Judy Meredith (Fred) of Knoxville, TN.; two step-grandchildren, Angie Kilgore (Chad) of Abingdon, Va and Brett Meredith (Tamra) of Knoxville TN.; and two step great-grandchildren, Autumn and Ari; also, several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. on Friday, July 5, 2024 at the Frost Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, July 6, 2024, at Knollkreg Memorial Park with Pastor Caleb Holman officiating. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the cemetery by 9:45 A.M.
