December 2, 1932 – July 16, 2025

Betty Jean Fulton, 92, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 16, 2025. Born on December 2, 1932, to the late Ogden Fields and Nola Keller, Betty was a woman of strong Christian faith who found great joy and peace in studying her Bible and attending Bible studies. She cherished simple moments, especially rocking on her front porch and taking care of her beloved grandchildren.

Betty's love, faith, and gentle spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her loving husband, Eugene Fulton; two daughters, Zetta Mullins and Shelby McCartney; two brothers, Preston Fields and James Ramsey Fields; and one sister, Mary Keller.

Betty is survived by her six children: Rena Powers (Bill Hughes), David Wayne Fulton (Debbie), Jim Fulton, Walter Fulton, Reba Roberts (John), and Scott Fulton; 13 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a half-sister Judy Anderson; many nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Kathy Clark.

A graveside service will be held privately.
