Betty Anderson Fields, 85, passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at her home in Abingdon, VA.

Betty was born on May 5, 1941, to the late Nathaniel and Edith Anderson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Fields.

Betty had worked at Dollar General for many years where she made many friends. She farmed beside her husband for 50 years and was an excellent homemaker.

Betty is survived by her two daughters, Rosanna Fields and Tammy Davis and her husband, Mikey; three grandsons, Orrin, Jessee, and Kadin; and special friend, Amy Wilson.

It was Betty's wishes that services be kept private.
