Anna Jean Scott Mitchell, 75, passed away July 15, 2025, at Bristol Regional Medical Center, Bristol, TN. She was born December 9, 1949.

Jean loved going to flea markets, and yard sales. She was always ready for road trips, but most of all she loved spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her mother Lenna Scott; her father Samuel Scott; granddaughter Skarlet Hoover; grandson Cody Mitchell; great-granddaughter Madelynn Mitchell; and special friend Luther Clark.

Survivors include her three sons, Eddie Mitchell (Tracy), Chris Mitchell (Ann), and Danny Mitchell (Nicole); grandsons Blake Mitchell (Alley), Devon Mitchell, Chandre Allison (Rihanna); great-grandchildren Kyleigh Mitchell, Liam Mitchell, Violet Mitchell, and Noah Mitchell; one sister Karen Blankenbeckler (David); one nephew David Allen; one niece Kimberly Blankenbeckler; and several step-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Monday, July 21, 2025, at Knollkreg Memorial Park with Rev. Jerry A. Eggers officiating. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the cemetery by 11:45 A.M.
