Mary Ruth Murray (Meade), age 73, passed away from natural causes at Chaplinwood Nursing Home in Milledgeville, Ga., on Wednesday March 21, 2018.
Born October 7th, 1944, in Lebanon, Virginia, she lived in Virginia until moving to Macon, Ga. in 1982. She retired from Brown & Williamson Tobacco in 2001.
Mary was preceded in death by her daughter, Sandie Murray.
Survivors include her husband, Curtis Murray; one son, Donald Murray; one brother, William Meade; one daughter, Ann Wise; one son, Bob Wise; and two granddaughters, Chelsea Murray and Camila Pond.
Visitation will be held at 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m., Saturday, March 24th at Frost Funeral Home.
A Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 24th at Mountain View United Methodist Church Cemetery, 20241 Green Spring Rd., Abingdon, Va.
